OK Sir is currently available in India (Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Hyderabad, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon) and Hong Kong.
Ok sir employees do a thorough background check of the service provider (OkMan) and collect their legitimate KYC documents like Aadhar Card, PAN card and other address proofs, along with their police verification. Every service Provider (OkMan) is issued an ID card after verification.
Ok sir ensures 99.00% accountability of the service undertaken. We also guarantee 100% refund of coins purchased, in case customer is unsatisfied.
  1. Customer downloads the OK Sir application from play store
  2. Customer registers on the app using its mobile number as its user ID.
  3. A One Time Password(OTP) is generated and sent on the customers mobile number for confirmation of the mobile number.
  4. Once confirmation is done,customer can proceed to choose & request for a service and buys Coins.
  5. OkMan accepts the service.
  6. OkMan arrives at the stipulated time and finishes the service.
  7. Customers click Job Done and OkMan is paid automatically.
  8. For spot booking , All our OkMen will reach at the Customers place within 2 hours from the time of booking.
There is a grace period upto 1 hour . In case of more than an hour , an additional credit coin would be charged.
OkMan will not charge or he is not authorised to demand any fee for the service undertaken by him. However you need to pay for any parts or products which has been consumed during the work which was requested by you. We will try and assure that the OkMan gets genuine and authenticated products.
We request you to rate OkMan on every service they perform based on the feedback criteria as mentioned in the OkSir app. Please note that it is mandatory to rate OkMan before you press the Done button, or else OkMans payment will be held considering you are not satisfied. It will also help us to choose the best OkMan to perform the services in future.

Credit coin is a value of OK service to be performed. Each credit coin is equal to 1 Rupee. Every service has its pre defined price in terms of number of coins.
Once you download the OK sir app and register yourself , you can make the payment Online to buy the requisite credit coins for the specific service as well as packages.
Detail of packages is as below:
  • Brass package : Pay Rs 2500 and avail rps 3000 worth of our services
  • Bronze package : Pay Rs 5000 and avail rps 6000 worth of our services
  • Silver package : Pay Rs 10000 and avail rps 12500 worth of our services
  • Gold package : Pay Rs 15000 and avail rps 20000 worth of our services
  • Platinum package : Pay Rs 20000 and avail rps 27500 worth of our services
  • Diamond package : Pay Rs 25000 and avail rps 35000 worth of our services
Every service has pre-defined credit coins which you can consume for any set of services and the said coins would be deducted from your “MY WALLET” balance.
My account is a panel in the app and can be viewed at any given point of time.You can view your service history as well as your credit coins available.
A credit coin has a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.
We request you to reinstall the app and login with your same mobile number. If problem persists please call customer care number +917304040404.
Please consume your credit coins before you discontinue your mobile number.
You can download the OK sir app on new mobile and login with the same mobile number.
Once you register and request for a service at, 24 hours before you will receive a notification on your app asking for the confirmation of the time. If you are ok with the time please press ok, else you can login on Ok sir app and reschedule the service time. There will be no charge for rescheduling the service.
During any promotional offer, All services ordered will be provided only twice at the same address.
