2. How does OkSir chooses its service provider (OkMan)?

OkSir employees do a thorough background check of the service provider (OkMan) and collect their legitimate KYC documents like Aadhar Card, PAN card and other address proofs, along with their police verification. Every service Provider (OkMan) is issued an ID card after verification.

4. Process Flow?

  1. Customer downloads the OkSir application from play store
  2. Customer registers on the app using its mobile number as its user ID.
  3. A One Time Password(OTP) is generated and sent on the customers mobile number for confirmation of the mobile number.
  4. Once confirmation is done, customer can proceed to choose & request for a service and buys Coins.
  5. OkMan accepts the service.
  6. OkMan arrives at the stipulated time and finishes the service.
  7. Customers click Job Done and OkMan is paid automatically.
  8. For spot booking, All our OkMan will reach at the Customers place within 2 hours from the time of booking.

5. What if the service takes more time than expected?

There is a grace period up to 1 hour. In case of more than an hour, an additional credit coin would be charged.

6. Do I need to pay anything to the service provider?

OkMan will not charge or he is not authorised to demand any fee for the service undertaken by him. However you need to pay for any parts or products which has been consumed during the work which was requested by you. We will try and assure that the OkMan gets genuine and authenticated products.

7. OkMan rating & satisfaction?

We request you to rate OkMan on every service they perform based on the feedback criteria as mentioned in the OkSir app. Please note that it is mandatory to rate OkMan before you press the Done button, or else OkMan's payment will be held considering you are not satisfied. It will also help us to choose the best OkMan to perform the services in future.

9. What is credit coins?

Credit coin is a value of OkSir service to be performed. Each credit coin is equal to 1 Rupee. Every service has its pre-defined price in terms of number of coins.

10. How can I buy credit coins?

Once you download the OkSir app and register yourself, you can make the payment Online to buy the requisite credit coins for the specific service as well as packages.

11. How do I use credit coins?

Every service has pre-defined credit coins which you can consume for any set of services and the said coins would be deducted from your “MY WALLET” balance.

12. What is my account?

My account is a panel in the app and can be viewed at any given point of time. You can view your service history as well as your credit coins available.

13. Validity of credit coins?

A credit coin has a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.

14. What happens if my app shows an error?

17. Rescheduling of appointments?

Once you register and request for a service at, 24 hours before you will receive a notification on your app asking for the confirmation of the time. If you are ok with the time please press ok, else you can login on OkSir app and reschedule the service time. There will be no charge for rescheduling the service.
